Putting it together
Proposition:
Humanities expansion into space.
Mining the asteroid belt.
Building habitat,
and a spinning city out of individuals habitats.
Developing a fast, efficient solar powered spacedrive.
The "Thistledown drive"
A mobile habitat that can be used with the Thistledown drive.
A robotic exploration system that can be used to obtain material
from asteroids,
That can be used to build habitat from that material, in space.
All kinds of inventions need to be developed from existing and developing
technologies,
were starting at the physics level.
From that level its possible.
Their are people who would like to invest.
Their are people with ideas.
The hairbrained schemes, the daydreamers and visionaries.
The scientists, technicians, and engineers,
need supporting.
Not everything will pay off.
But!!
At this beginning level, One Idea, that has the potential of
the Hughes oil drilling bit,
That becomes the "off the shelf" method in space.
One Idea, will make billionaires out of the group."
This is a survival of humanity concept. The goal is
SURVIVAL OF THE SPECIES.
I propose, A group be formed to mine the asteroids, build habitat and
expand humanity into space.
Each person, who invests, invents, contributes Ideas, gets involved.
Be issued 100 shares of voting stock.
Any inventions are patented to the group.
Your 100 shares of stock pay a royalty % on inventions that
reach the "off the shelf level"
Ideas to develop are voted on by a commitee selected from that group!
Off the shelf:
Manufacturing and distribution Second group.
Investers in this section get returns on sales
MINUS ROYALTIES TO FIRST GROUP
The advantage is that the many products that reach the
"off the shelf" level will be compatible, modular.
And the royalties shared by all involved personel.
